 This is a 100% organic spelt sourdough with no other wheat or grain. The ingredients are simple: organic stone-ground spelt flour, ionized alkaline water, and baja sea salt. Deep in flavor and very filling. Most people find it easier to digest than traditional wheat breads. Baja sea salt is one of the most mineral dense salts with the least unwanted heavy metals from the sea salts available.
