Who we are

Hey there I'm Baruch Poliatzky the head baker. I've been baking sourdough breads for 10 years. Over that period I've developed unique techniques to the process of sourdough making. I'm proud to have a team of skilled bakers to further our mission to bring the healthiest and best possible quality organic sourdough products to customers.

Our promise to you!

We started this bakery because finding truly clean organic food shouldn’t be difficult.

Every item we make is handmade with organic ingredients we personally believe in and serve in our own homes. We use organic ancient grains, avoid refined sugar, seed oils, eggs, preservatives, artificial ingredients, and anything unnecessary. Our bakeware is PTFE-free and non-toxic because we believe every part of the process matters.

We are not trying to imitate “healthy” versions of processed food. Our focus is simple: honest ingredients, careful preparation, and baked goods that leave people feeling good after they eat them.

Health and quality are not marketing words to us — they are the standard behind every product we make.
