Light Spelt Sourdough Challah Bilka

This healthy challah is made with only the finest organic ingredients. Lightly sweet and a chewy texture like a traditional challah. Spelt and sourdough make for an easier digestion and deep flavor experience. No white flour instead we use the best quality high-extraction spelt flour.  No eggs, seed oil, or refined sugar. 

Ingredients: Organic stone-ground Spelt flour, ionized filtered alkaline water, organic extra-virgin olive oil, organic maple syrup, organic sourdough starter (Spelt flour, water), Baja sea salt.
